REX WONG - URBAN DESIGNER(Coming Soon)

Rex holds a Bachelor Degree in Fine Arts from Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) and a Master Degree in Architecture and Urban Design from Columbia University, where he graduated with Honors Award for Excellence in Design. As a Registered Architect in the United States, he is the first young architect to have served as President of American Institute of Architects Hong Kong Chapter.

Rex is the founder of Yan Concept, an urban design practice focusing on urban renewal and historic building revitalization projects. Apart from being an architect by training, Rex is also an entrepreneur and established corporate executive, with extensive experience in design practice, property development and infrastructure projects in China, United States and Europe.

Rex speaks frequently at international conferences, and was the member of an expert panel to address opportunities and challenges of urbanization at the 2017 World Cities Day Forum organized by United Nations Human Settlements Programme.
